Kelsy wanted a colorful tribute to his family's heritage. So he decided an Eiffel Tower surrounded by a parisian park would suit him best. We placed all this around his ankle just below his calf-- a half sock if you will. I kept thinking of the famous French painter, Georges-Pierre Seurat when I drew the sketch. It just made sense to relate the piece loosely on Seurat's Sunday Afternoon painting.
